"The receptionist was most friendly and accomodating. I notified her that we would arrive late and she gave instructions and even followed up with a phone call to check our progress and arrival time. We arrived earlier than expected and she greeted us warmly and made us feel so comfortable!"

"We loved our weekend stay at this property. The views, the peace and the bath tub was worth it. The house was comfortable and everything flowed very easily and amenities were great. Our girls group loved it here as Humboldt State Park in this weather was humbling."

"We come here about twice a year for a week enjoying the redwoods, the rural ambiance, and the historic town center. A trip to Headwaters Forest, one or two trips to the Humboldt National Wildlife Refuge, out the Petrolia Road, out to the beach, shopping in Old Town Eureka, a visit to the Arcata Farmers ..."
