“Great place to go after a hectic day with family. All the comforts of home and none of noise of staying in a hotel. The host was very quick to respond to every question and very accommodating. Bless his heart I changed my start date at the last minute without difficulty. I also early on extended my stay by one day because of a family outting and he was very accommodating. “We had a great time! Our expectations were exceeded everywhere, the house, the dock, the outdoor patio, everywhere. The house was very clean and the furniture very comfortable. The gas grill that connected to the gas line was so convenient, no need to worry about needing a propane exchange. The dock had plenty of seating and space, it’s where we spent the majority of our time. We would absolutely book this house again!”

“Great property. As listed. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Well stocked. Loveseat in living room very comfortable but couch well worn and felt lumpy to sit on. Large wrap around porch and rocking chairs were nice to enjoy since the weather was cool. Would suggest blowing off porch and knocking down spider webs at doors before guests arrive but I understand the owner was out of town when we checked in. Just a nice suggestion for the future.”

“Andrea was quick to send us our check in items on our first day. We knew the property was gorgeous from other reviews and photos, but first views out of the test room were magnificent. The setup was ideal for a large family. Great cooking equipment including pots, pans, and dishes. We talked with John and Andrea a few times during our stay and they are great people that certainly makes us want to return. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. ”
