“On arrival there, about 6 pm, there was no one to greet us and no other guests. The keyless pad entry on the front door of the main house did not work due to a low battery. A call to the manager instructed us to go through the kitchen entrance. The kitchen appeared not to be cleaned (crumbs on counter, garbage can full). When we got to our room (Azalea) the door was open and the room not been cleaned nor the bed made up. A second call to the manager got us into the Cottage room behind the main……
