“Big room and the building has sauna facilities which is a surprise, sadly we do not have time to enjoy that. Efficient CS and helpful staff. Since I booked from Hotels.com, it is misleading that it is a hotel and we thought it would have a front desk to keep our luggages. However, the staff there was helpful and CS was easy to contact and helped us to solve the problem immediately. ”

“The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work.”

“We had a great time a hiisi homes kaivoksela again. Last year we stayed here as well. The only downside this year was that it seemed a bit unsafe for our students at some point, due to the skechy figures coming and going and selling god knows what to some of the other guests staying at the apartments.”
