“Einigermaßen nettes Hotel. Personal an der Rezeption sehr angenehm und freundlich. Zimmer eher wie eine Herberge nicht gerade modern. Für diejenigen, die mit der Fähre oder dem Schiff weiterreisen wollen ganz gut. Ich fand die Umgebung Abends etwas verlassen und öde. Dennoch zentral. Man kommt zu Fuß überall hin. Frühstücksbuffet gut. ”

“取了行李離開禁區後立即向左轉就會看到前往酒店的指示牌。酒店就在客運大樓的地牢，所以十分方便。前台服務員的態度良好。可是，房間的確有點小，可以走動的空間很少。如果有太多行李的話，有可能會有點麻煩。”

“- staff was unhelpful, we travelled internationally into Helsinki with 4 large luggages. When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. “我分開兩次入住，是我印象中最差的大品牌酒店。一開始的前枱藍髮職員，是我旅行以來見過態度最差的前枱職員，她的態度我已不想再多說，黑面囂張…跟本不想協助幫你，之後又黑面。寄存行李房，跟本細到沒地方放個大行李箱，房間燈光嚴重不足，我還以為進了黑房，要自己自製一個枱燈，房間有個放雪櫃的櫃，第一次的房間是有雪櫃的，第二次回頭再住，竟然沒有，桑拿室分開男女兩邊，但又要分時間限制，長時間女士桑拿房門口多人排隊，跟本連進入機會也沒有。我不會再選擇入住這間酒店了。附近的兩間好太多了，太大對比。”
