“The apartment was just as pictured. It was clean. It felt good. There was a small issue where my book room had some issues. The property manager called me and asked if it would be okay if I checked into a different apartment of course! I said that would be fine and the other apartment was just as well done as the other! The checkout requests are easy and simple in the property manager was prompt to send me all the information I needed for a great one week stay. If I am in the Lansing area again……

“There was a reservation challenge. Communication was excellent. I spoke with a very efficient and friendly Justin and Morgan. They did everything to make it work. We had a great time. Our apartment number 8 looks different. It was very modern with the biggest tv that anyone could dream of. Linens were exceptional. Plenty of parking. If I had to say anything i would recomend an additional towel rack in the bathroom. Thanks for sharing your place.”

“Check in was interesting. The owner wasnt aware of the booking, then lied about the room getting a new couch so we couldnt get in until 430 instead of 4. All he did was put a portable A/C unit in the room. This apartment is in an actual apartment building with actual tenants. Very very dirty outside of building and inside and smelled. The apartment itself was not the room we book, did not match any of the photos. It was insanely unclean, floors hasnt been swept or mopped, stove top was dirty,……

“Listing said Glendora ca, we drove 20 hours from Texas for the hosts to tell us the home is in Michigan. The hosts also, before we realized it was the wrong state, said the room was also unavailable and we needed another one. We got left stranded. No managers to speak with. “I rented this apartment for my employee. She arrived and was not able to lock the door. She was a single female and we decided to have her leave rather than risk her safety.
