“Very peaceful place. This property is located in a beautiful, rural setting. It is well-maintained and clean. The sunroom was especially nice. My only issues were related to kitchen equipment. There was one pizza pan but no other baking sheets or baking pans. There were no measuring cups or even a grater. There were no cutting boards and I didn’t feel comfortable cutting meat, fruit and vegetables on the butcher block island. I rent homes when I’m on vacation so that I have a kitchen in……

“I brought my teenage son and my teenage nephews down for the MHSAA basketball semi final games. It was an easy in and out and not far from the Breslin Center. We were only at the house long enough to sleep really. The door was tricky to lock and the leaving instructions I got too late in an email so I didn’t know what to do. Dean was quick to respond when we were there. The neighborhood is ok, some neighbors were a bit strange but we ignored them. Beds were ok, pretty hard but we weren’t there……

“BETTER THAN EXPECTED Cozy cottage in like new condition with excellent furnishings. Kaitlin (landlord) rapidly responded to our questions. Only negative is that there is only 1 bathroom- a challenge for our 4-adults family. However we were still able to host over night stays of guest family members”

“Very nice A frame house w/ separate bunkhouse & pole barn for games. Nice beach with sand for kids. Also nice pontoon available rent. We enjoyed it very much.”

“Upon arrive I smelled an odor I couldn't place. By the end of my stay it became evident it was dog urine. The more I toured the home upon arrival I noticed a laundry list of damaged items. The first and most disturbing was the front door. It appeared at first glance all was okay until I attempted to use the dead bolt. When trying to engage the lock it would not turn. When inspecting further if it was human error or a malfunction in the equipment, I discovered the lock and the door frame latch……

“My family and I were in the area for my niece's wedding. This home allowed a large group of us to stay together. My sister (and her son), brother (and his family) and our parents, along with my family had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone was comfortable and we were able to make some new memories. The basment hang out space was a favorite of the children. If we ever need to stay in this area again we will absoutely book this home. :)”
