“Our family had a nice relaxed time and even with lake frozen over the views were wonderful. We even got to see some ice fishers. We are considering coming back in the summer!!!”

“Overall great place for large gathering. Loved the beach walk into lake, hot tub and sunroom. Couple items to be aware of, lake is quite weedy, and house is right next to busy road which makes opening windows at night an issue. Also, could use more utensils etc to accommodate 15 people. Host was very responsive.”

“Very peaceful place. This property is located in a beautiful, rural setting. It is well-maintained and clean. The sunroom was especially nice. My only issues were related to kitchen equipment. There was one pizza pan but no other baking sheets or baking pans. There were no measuring cups or even a grater. “BETTER THAN EXPECTED Cozy cottage in like new condition with excellent furnishings. Kaitlin (landlord) rapidly responded to our questions. Only negative is that there is only 1 bathroom- a challenge for our 4-adults family. However we were still able to host over night stays of guest family members”

“I needed a place near my son and daughter-in-law where I could retreat to after helping with the arrival of a new grand baby. This cute little cottage was the perfect spot. Only 4 miles down the road, neat and clean and plenty big enough for little ole me. I really only had two snafu's that I was able to work around. The week I arrived was a cold one with temperatures in the teens. That caused the door keypad to not work properly for me but after calling the manager he quickly came over and……

“Upon arrive I smelled an odor I couldn't place. By the end of my stay it became evident it was dog urine. The more I toured the home upon arrival I noticed a laundry list of damaged items. The first and most disturbing was the front door. It appeared at first glance all was okay until I attempted to use the dead bolt. When trying to engage the lock it would not turn. When inspecting further if it was human error or a malfunction in the equipment, I discovered the lock and the door frame latch……

“My family and I were in the area for my niece's wedding. This home allowed a large group of us to stay together. My sister (and her son), brother (and his family) and our parents, along with my family had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone was comfortable and we were able to make some new memories. The basment hang out space was a favorite of the children. If we ever need to stay in this area again we will absoutely book this home. :)”
