“BETTER THAN EXPECTED Cozy cottage in like new condition with excellent furnishings. Kaitlin (landlord) rapidly responded to our questions. Only negative is that there is only 1 bathroom- a challenge for our 4-adults family. However we were still able to host over night stays of guest family members”

“This is a cute little cottage with a lot of personal touches. Jamie has gone out of her way to make this feel like a home away from home, with a fully stocked kitchen and adorable decorations. The full size bed, though a bit unconventional, was incredibly comfortable and led to many well rested nights. The location is great and close to the beach, ice cream, and so much more. We look forward to returning next year. ”

I docked a star for accuracy of listing simply because the description states it can sleep ten, yet there are only enough beds for four people (which, to be fair, the description does only list three beds). We had five people, so my youngest slept on the couch (not a sleeper sofa). There's no way this house can sleep ten, unless people sleep on the floor or camp in the……
