“We meet the owner - Nice person- it helped to have a person on site upon check in to assist an explaining the use of the washing machine, and stove. Great location for our needs, clean apartment, just wished we had a towel for each person, was confused with which buttons went to which shades for the different rooms, since they were not located in each room individually, a second key, and a contact telephone number. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“We stayed for a night before our flight. The place is within few minutes to airport and is stocked with all essential supplies you need located in a nice neighborhood.place is decorated beautifully and was clean.we could rest very well. Host is very nice and sent all needed information timely. ”

It was a nice community to be a part of for the week that we stayed there. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Parking for the car was easy. The host worked with us to make our stay fantastic. “約好5:00pm入住, 沒有職員招待，多次電話聯絡，十多分鐘才到，帶我們上apartment，入內才知道未有清潔房間，又未能找人支援，衹有帶我們去鄰近的其他apartment, 我們訂的是2房可以住兩對夫妻成年人的apartment,但是衹有一個間房內有2張床”

“Die Ausstattung, Größe sowie Lage der Wohnung bewerten wir hervorragend. Wir sind prima zurechtgekommen, hatten viel Bewegungsfreiheit (auch Terrasse/Garten uns zur Verfügung). Frau und Herr Benthin sind aufmerksame, hilfsbereite, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.”

“This was a lovely property outside of Frankfurt. The location is quiet and on the border of a walking path adjacent to green space. The host was very responsive, but we had no problems during our 5 day stay. Would recommend highly.”

Der Check in gestaltete sich etwas problematisch, da der Code nicht der richtige für den Schlüsselkasten war, die Vermieterin war aber sofort hilfsbereit am Telefon. Leider war in der Wohnung, keine warme Heizung im Badezimmer und im Wohnzimmer ging ein Fenster nicht so zu, dass man es hätte abschließen können, so war die ganze Zeit kalte Luft „Zugwind“ wenn man auf der Couch gesessen hat. Das WLAN Passwort war ebenfalls das falsche.……
