“For what it is, a cheap place to stay close to the airport, it’s pretty good. It’s in a gated community and the area is quiet. The airport shuttle service is punctual. The rooms have AC and they have warm water in the shower. The rooms could be better maintained and they could clean better and have more comfortable beds and pillows. “Host manager was very helpful and accommodating, and friendly. Met nice guests there. AC was great, Room was adequate, outside dining area was nice and good strong coffee. Area surrounding the hotel isn't the nicest neighborhood to walk around in, but close to airport and taxi service very quick and inexpensive.”

“NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. They did not have a working toilet, they turned off the water supply to the whole building in the middle of the night. The AC unit was not working properly. They only allot one towel per bed not per person, so if you have one bed shared with your partner you and your partner must use the same towel. They had no working personnel just the guards who by the way were wonderful to us. The guards were very helpful and pleasant. The bedding were stained, pillows stained,……

“Place was nice, beds were the comfiest in Nicaragua. Stayed at multiple hotels and the beds were by far the most comfy. The showers were the least favorite, they need better shower heads and cleaner showers, they need to be scrubbed regularly. Staff was friendly and helpful. They were there when you needed them. Pool was a plus, it is cleaned daily. Due to the flora it does get debris which is inevitable. I would definitely stay again.”
