“清潔、地点近市區。獨特是房間早晚都光線充足。不太滿意是泳池太细及有部分員工不太主動講解、唔叫到都唔彩你等等、、、”

“Had a family room with an upstairs. Steep steps and low rail, not suitable for young children, great bedding and lovely ceiling to floor windows. Cleanliness very good, outdoor bath was fabulous. A little out of everything but used bolt and grab to travel around and that made it totally inexpensive and easy. Good breakfast and coffee shop on site , very pleasant swimming pool.”

“O hotel é SENSACIONAL. Tem piscina, espaço para trabalho e o quarto é limpo e muito confortável. Vale bem mais a pena ficar em Chiang Rai do que Chiang Mai. Só alugar uma moto que fica tudo fácil. O único ponto é que não é tão central, mas como disse, alugue uma motinha que facilita”

“Resort itself is very nice, next to 'KOK river. The staff however are not always professional. The GM Eric was rude in the begining and didnt care about the inconvenience that the check in staff brought to us, by ordering us either to move out or move to other room on the 2nd day. We bookef 5 nights and the only request we had is gave us a room that we dong need to move and it was agreed. But unfortunately, this waa not the case, we were told by late evening on our 2nd day we have to move to……

“满意的地方：1.酒店区位比较好，附近有一个商场马路对面是仓储式大型超市，购物和用餐都非常方便。2.酒店的早餐丰富，海鲜鱼粥非常好吃，算是一个特色。3.酒店的电视机包含HDMI接口，可以操作使用switch（虽然酒店人员对我的回复中表示没有这个系统）。4.酒店不大但是房间非常宽敞，满足了我提出的入住要求。 需要改进的方面：1.酒店原先向我回复的：车站到酒店就5分钟路程实际不是步行距离，而是车载距离，步行需要30分钟左右，距离车站比较远。2.虽然酒店位置还可以，但是不是在繁华市区，周围除了上述提到的商业建筑外，几乎算是一个省道附近，出行如果不是酒店安排叫车或者包车，几乎无法拦到车。3.酒店热水在夜晚供应情况不太理想，比较冷。4.浴室的设计，浴缸中若想泡澡水温难以满足。 整体感受：酒店不大，但是非常干净，非常安静，价格适中，周围的商业区能满足短途旅行需要。但是不适合以度假村的标准来衡量。”

“Charmant petit hôtel. Notre chambre était magnifique, chaleureuse et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner Thaï inclut. Loin de la foule à -10 minutes du marché en auto ou avec Grab. Je recommande d’avoir une voiture pour visiter les différentes attractions. Les gens de l’hôtel sont très, très gentils. ”
