“Deluxe rooms are a hike up 5-7 flights of stairs, no elevator. Not recommended if you have small kids. Room was dirty and poorly cleaned. Shower head was broken and needed to call maintenance. My free upgrade was not given, even though rooms was available. But seemed to be an issue w hotels.com and not the hotel.”

“Very clean, large rooms and bathrooms. Very friendly staff. A little bit away from the main street in Ao Nang, but easily walkable, and it's quieter because it's a little away. Bed was quite firm, but that seems to be a Thailand thing. ”

“The room super smelly, wall totally wet (Sweating), a lots mosquito in the room. For service: My friend give the jacket to hotel for laundry but they completely destroy without one notice! Because hotel put into plastic bag return to my friend and he didn’t open immediately just discover after left the hotel. This is unacceptable! Very disappointed with everything!!”
