“Staff was very unprofessional, inattentive and slow. Only time doorman opened my car door was when I checked out and was leaving in the hope he would get a tip. room was freezing, no heating working in bite, took ages to get hot water in morning. Breakfast was bare minimal. Room was dark and had a small window which very high up? which was covered with a blind so had no sunlight. ”

“Good hotel.Excellent staff. Very polite and extremely helpful. Couldn't do enough for you. Looking forward to my next visit. One suggestion. There should be two bedside cabinets on either side of the bed. Our room had only one. Also, for the benefits of those who don't have mobile, hotel should provide printed menu as well. RS Bains”

“Property was clean but it could do with more indepth cleaning i.e. ensuring each table was cleaned thoroughly and glasses were cleaned in dining area. I saw a bug walking on the table and in between the tissues. Wasn't much to do within walking distance so had to travel in car or 3 wheeler. Bathroom was a slight let down as toilets were never thoroughly cleaned and there were cobwebs by curtains and rotting wood. Mini fridge was giving off heat so had it replaced. Lifts didnt work for 3 days. No……
