“We booked this apartment because it's very close to our family that lives in Farmington.It gave us a comfortable, clean place to hang out and enjoy some time with our family. “This was the perfect place for a single or a couple. The king size bed was super comfortable. The enclosed deck was very nice to hang out on. I appreciated having a hair dryer available. The shower head was amazing. Just a couple of items would have been a nice creature comfort for guest. A starter bar of soap, wash cloths, instructions on how to lock the electronic lock when leaving (took me 2 days to figure that one out). It is a lot of stairs so just be aware. I will absolutely stay here……

“The unit matched the description and photos, with great natural light and convenient ski-in/ski-out access. However, there were a few issues:No parking pass was provided at arrival, and Vacasa's management status with the property caused confusion. The building manager, though helpful, had to intervene to prevent towing. We weren’t given access to the ski lockers, leaving us without proper gear storage despite signs prohibiting skis/boots in the unit. This is disappointing for a ski-in/ski-out……

“Wonderful 2-bdrm condo that is so convenient to the slopes.Communication with the owner was incredible, he proactively reached out to tell us that due to high winds the lifts were closed so we could modify our plans a bit.Fresh local coffee was a really nice touch and much appreciated.Thanks for a great long weekend, hope to do it agin in 2026!”

“Proximity of the property to the lift and fitness center was ideal, walking distance to both. The major downfall is the 58 steps it takes to get to the unit itself. Definitely a difficult scenario after skiing all day or carrying belongings up. Would have been nice if there was access to the dumbwaiter. Overall a nice place.”

“the lake/ location was pretty beautiful. nice and cold and pretty views. but the apartment itself was smaller than advertised. the Vrbo page says 4 bedrooms 5 beds. we had 3 bedrooms 4 beds. and there was a picture of a different living rooms online. didn’t fit enough of us as we had to sleep on floor. advertisement said fits 8. also the water was very smelly. sulfur like. we didn’t drink it . ”
