“The hosts were extremely reliable in communication and even went out of their way to send for a replacement propane tank when there was an issue with the existing one on the grill. Home is very clean and accurate to the listing, many amenities to take advantage of on the property. Overall great stay! ”

“Had a lovely stay at Happy Trails with a group of about 10 friends for a long weekend of skiing. The house is fantastic - very spacious and can fit far more than 10 adults. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub was a lovely way to end each long day of skiing. Plenty of towels provided. Loved the amount of games floating around the house as well - they were put to good use! The house is located just a short walk away from Roadrunner trail - took no more than 3min to……

Hot to was a blessing after a day on the slopes. Less than 10 minutes to the slopes. Would recommend to all. The use of the garage was a great bonus to unload . “We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. The house is exactly as advertised - very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the igloo hot tub……

The house itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and perfect for hosting a large group of friends and family for a big ski trip.The living areas were cozy, with a beautiful fireplace, and the bedrooms were spacious and clean.
