“We were in town to visit relatives and needed some spare bedrooms and bathrooms so this house fit the need. Only disappointment was the outside grounds seemed unkept (grass was tall, full garbage collection bins left in driveway interfering with being able to park our cars. We managed but it would have been nice”

“This property had spacious rooms and was perfect for our group. I liked the fact that 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house. It was well stocked, (but we did need more paper towels) ”

“We rented this little house for our family because our son was playing in the Middle school basketball tournament at U of I. The house was located within 10 minutes of U of I and was more spacious than a hotel room. The owner allowed us a late check-out, which was very nice since my son's last game wasn't until 2 p.m. on the day of checkout.”

“I am super disappointed. The pictures look great online, however, when you arrive, it’s very deceiving and not what is portrayed online. The house is old, dirty and smells of pet urine, plus it lacks the essentials to have a family meal if you are cooking. The owner never checked in during our stay, and we had to advise of the issues upon our departure.”
