“Incredibly charming home in the perfect location. Me, my husband, and small dog spent hours on the deck, people watching, admiring the butterflies and the scenery, and drinking local wine from the cute store across the street. Just a minute's walk to restaurants and a cafe, with an amazing ice cream shop down the steps. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend. ”

“The house was very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and playing pool on a kid’s pool table. It was close the Harper’s Ferry. We also saw deer very close both days we were there, and we loved this!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect for exploring Harpers Ferry, within walking distance to everything. The cottage is well equipped, clean and cozy, perfect for a couples get away, would book again if returning to HF. The owner was very communicated, had well organized info for the stay and was easy to work with”

“Overall, we had a great stay! There was plenty to do in the local area, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The game room was a lot of fun—the ping pong table was a big hit for us adults; however, the foosball table would probably be more enjoyable for kids, as it is on the smaller side. We also appreciated the closet stocked with board games.One highlight of our trip was rafting with River Riders—highly recommend asking for Jeff as your guide! He was fantastic!The cabin was just……

“We had a wonderful stay at Gruner Bungalow! There were 12 of us celebrating our father's 85th birthday. The house was amazing with so many places to sit and enjoy time together and plenty of well appointed bedrooms/bathrooms. The property manager recommended a chef that we had come in which was amazing. The pool and grilling area were awesome. The staff at the winery were so nice. We had a fun wine tasting and enjoyed delicious wine and the beautiful landscape. Highly recommend and would stay……

It was both clean and cozy, Private but with good access, parking, and WIFI. l was pleasantly surprised to find everything necessary for an excellent cup of coffee!These are good folks who took great care of us as guests, would absolutely reserve with Mountain Moma again!”

“The house was lovely, as was the view and amenities. The road in was precarious - it was very steep, dirt road with a sharp turn along the way down. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise, so if you want to enjoy the outdoor space in an evening, be mindful.”
