“The property was perfect for our visit to Steamboat for a wedding. The location could not have been better, allowing us to walk to downtown restaurants and bars, the rodeo, the farmers’ market and an art in the park event. The condo was very clean and well-furnished, and had all the amenities we would expect. ”

“The 1 BR condo unit was adequate for our 3 night stay. There was plenty of drawer space for our luggage items. We were able to cook meals for ourselves. The kitchen was a bit tight to work in. The glassware was a bit limited requiring daily dishwasher runs. It could use a few more amenities like measuring cups and spoons for cooking.The place could use some updating but it worked.”

“Lost a star because the fireplace didn’t work for our entire stay. Admittedly, they tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Was very communicative with the manager, but it was just a bummer to not have a fireplace working during these cold ski weekends (it’s like the best part after a long day skiing!). ”

“Small condo has everything you need. Location is absolutely perfect. A 5 minute flat walk to the Steamboat base can't be beat.”

“The fridge was broken and wasted all of our food. Call Maintenance and they brought a new fridge but our food was gone. $200 down the drain. ”

“A perfect location a mile from main street steamboat. Kitchen was great for "condo cooking" which means it had the necessary pots, pans, knives, olive oil, and salt necessary to make simple meals. Although the days were warm, it was easy to keep the place cool by opening the windows at night and using the provided fans to bring in the 50F outside air. “This property checked all of our boxes and was a wonderful set up for our family of five! Rooms & 2 bathrooms are downstairs near the laundry closet and ground level front door/private parking garage, which made it so easy to peel off our ski clothes and get them into the wash at the end of a long day of skiing, followed by a hot shower, then head upstairs for dinner in the well-stocked kitchen and some time relaxing on the sectional sofa in the living room. We all agreed this was a great……
