“The service is not good enough, I had issue with the lights and could not sleep one night, I barely reach the responsible person and they did not solve the issue, only asking me to try myself to do some the things. My colleague as well was waiting for 2 days the answer about iron if they can bring it. ”

“Our room was absolutely first class. We had such a great feeling as soon as we stepped inside. All fixtures and fittings were of high standard, air-conditioning woked superb, beds were extremely comfortable, cleanliness second to none. We even loved the artwork. Location was amazing in the heart of the town but just off the main street. Lots of really good restaurants within a minutes walk. Would recommend to stay here 100%...We will be back. Thank you”

“The place was really nice and the location was beautiful. We loved the amazing view of the sea and the surrounding scenery. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The person we communicated with was very kind and helpful. We also received great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do nearby. The breakfast was tasty and it was wonderful to enjoy it on the terrace. This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We didn’t have a car, so traveling with……

“We enjoyed our stay in Capri. The owner, named Costanzo, was so helpful. He knows everyone on the island and was able to get us reservations to everywhere we wanted to go. From taxis to restaurants etc. The apartment is in a residential area about 2-3 blocks from the main road so it’s very quiet and convenient. There are a lot of places to eat, shop as well as a nice supermarket. All in walking distance. There is also a nice Airconditioner in the room which is strong and keeps you cool……

“The breakfast was amazing!!! It was really good and the hotel accommodated my sons nut allergy and early eating times due to tours that we had booked. The bathroom lights and music was so much fun! Mini fridge to keep things cold. Grocery store in the building, near bus station, and walking distance from the main downtown Sorrento shopping and dining.”

“The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need. The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!”
