“Family Batcave is a fantastic way to experience Cambodia. It's just a ten minute walk away from the batcave. The family are so welcoming and cooked us beautiful meals. Also provided fresh fruit and lots of water. The huts are clean and tidy, my bedding smelt amazing! Saro even took us on a tour of the killing cave and temple himself and arranged all our transfers. My dad was expecting a very basic stay, but ended up saying it was his favorite place we'd stayed. Would definitely recommend this……

“Wow, such a hidden gem! If you’re looking for a resort with Zen like qualities, away from the hustle and bustle, yet having everything at your fingertips provided by an incredibly attentive and proficient staff look no further. Just wish we had more than two nights in this resort. Rarely do we eat within the resorts that we stay but because of our timelines we had two breakfasts and dinners on site. Great quality and delicious meals! All was good in Battambang. Thank you Maisons Wat Kor.”

“Peaceful, in nature, the property was perfect for me. The family was welcoming and helpful, the home cooked meals excellent, flavourful and great value...I loved the coffee too! My bungalow was spacious and had everything I needed..( electrical outlets, lights, ceiling fan and even WiFi! Simple life at its best.”

“A new hotel means everything was new. Shower was good, huge bathtub was a plus. Smell from drainage needs to be taken care of. Breakfast was ok but not great. Staff members were very attentive and went great lengths to help.”

“Hatte das EZ gebucht, Zimmer um 1200 noch nicht fertig, ok, nicht schlimm. Bei Übernahme überhaupt nicht sauber, Toilettenpapier vom Vorgänger noch im Eimer, WC nicht sauber, Wasserlachen ums WC, Ablage neben Bett klebrig, einziger Stuhl verstaubt. Nach Reklamation und nochmaliger Putzerei die Wassergläser dann auch nicht sauber. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich recht hübsch, aber es gibt keine Haken, auch nicht für die Handtücher, man kann rein gar nichts aufhängen, für den Preis ein No Go! Zu Beginn……

“房間很差，根本稱不上4星，最基本清潔就不夠，床頭有灰塵，床單也粗粗的，廁所也很糟，洗髮跟洗澡的兩瓶，上面的標示都糊掉了，看不出來哪瓶是哪種，而且其中ㄧ瓶已經壓不出來，毛巾也舊舊的，而我們的浴缸是在外面，僅用ㄧ塊布遮其中ㄧ側，另兩邊完全沒有遮，而旁邊就是民宅，誰敢洗，窗簾更不用說，根本沒辦法遮，因為床簾布不夠，有空隙，都覺得很沒隱私，泳池看起來也髒髒的，最妙的是廁所淋浴間，上頭有個燈必須靠感應，所以超過ㄧ個時間，就自己熄，很可怕，洗ㄧ半突然熄燈，雖然不算很暗是還看的到，但挺嚇人就是。唯一覺的服務人員態度不錯，也會打招呼，值得鼓勵。”
