Ideal for Family

This is a lovely home, in a clean and quiet neighborhood, in a very beautiful and well-maintained suburb of Phoenix. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights, while in town for a wedding, as a family of 8, and had everything we needed. Communication was top notch; very kind and responsive. I am sure I will be visiting the Phoenix area frequently to visit my son and his new wife, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Great Rental

Great location in Surprise, close to the 303, White Tank Mountains, and short drive to Westgate entertainment district. Pool for hot days and hot tub for cool evenings. Property was clean and comfortable. Owner was accessible and kept in touch. Great place for a family vacation!

We went to AZ for Royals spring training. Quick drive to Surprise stadium. The house was very nice and comfortable. when I had any questions, the owners responded promptly!

Yearly visit in Surprise Farms

This home is perfect for us in so many ways. It has plenty of things to do Inside and outside if you don’t want to leave the house. The location is close to everything. Nathan and Jatan are wonderful with communication. Checking in to see if there is anything they can help with. Would definitely rent again.

Great house!

Everything was perfect. I contacted the host on several occasions, and the response was immediate. The house is beautiful, well appointed, and very clean. They even added another TV to a bedroom for us. Above and beyond. Only regret? It wasn't warm enough to use the pool. We will come later in the year next time. Thank you for hosting!

A Nice Surprise in Surprise.

Very impressed with this property from the moment we walked through the front door. Spacious, clean and in excellent condition. Wonderful backyard with hot tub and pool and lots of other amenities like ping-pong and a great outdoor set up with television and patio furniture. The inside of the home was immaculate. Lots of games to play and lots of room inside for everyone. Everything we needed for our stay, including some of the nice surprises they had for us. We have stayed in Vrbo‘s and this by far was the cleanest property. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Making a move with our elderly parents to return them to Illinois was full of little challenges.. Choosing to do a VRBO was the best option. We found this beautiful home in Surprise! This home had every touch and comfort! My parents had an amazing first VRBO experience… Thank you for catering to our every need. We will highly recommend!
