Spectacular location in downtown Scottsdale. Looking to enjoy Old Town and Fashion Square mall? You're in luck! This home is only a 10 minute walk away. It doesn't get much closer than that.

This newly built home was designed to be the perfect Scottsdale getaway. Soaring 12 foot ceilings, spacious bedrooms, game room, and multiple living areas allow the group to spread out all under one roof, while still be able to gather together in the main living area without ever feeling cramped.

When not spending time enjoying the local activities, this is a great place to stay in and enjoy the amenities right at your fingertips. Amazing property!

The house is amazing! It's clean, spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Even though we were on a very busy road, we didn't hear traffic from the house. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Scottsdale. Don't hesitate to book this house!

Family stay

Great stay for family of 10 adults for Christmas. Lots of places to hang out in different groups, from the pool table room, outside fire pit, to the living room, great space. The recommendations that came from VacayAZ for yoga, photography, and massage therapists that would come to the house were also useful and fun. Clearly this property is built and furnished just to rent, there has been some definite use. But it was well set up, and just perfect for our needs.
