“The building is from the 19th century which made it a really unique experience. The hosts were amazing and quick to respond. We went to check out the Linkin Park concert in the United Center and it was a 5min walk from the property. ”

“The pictures are accurate as seen on the website . However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. The six bath towels were good and the 7 washcloths were horrible as some had bleach stains on them and they were very thin. No hand towels were provided to dry your hands on in the bathroom. Nor were there paper towels in the bathroom for that purpose. The other rooms were clean but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning . No cleaning products were provided either. ”

“Beautiful and peaceful location. Lots of local eateries, a park, and even The Mexican Heritage Art Museum within walking distance. ”

“The house was normal. No major issues. We were told there would be a washer and dryer, but it did not have one accessible. It appeared to be in the garage, but the garage was locked and no one would respond.Our check in was 3:00 pm on Friday, at noon on Friday the company managing the property tetzy? told me that I needed to provide everyones first and last name and their cell phone. Seemed strange. 1. Why wait until the last minute and 2. Why do you need everyone's contact? I saw this request,……

“House was clean and matched the pictures. Ben was very friendly and prompt with messaging. I would stay at this house again. ”

“We enjoyed our time in Chicago. The house was great and had lots of space. It was easy to get to and from downtown Chicago. Check in and communication was great. The parking was street parking but we never had an issue finding a parking spot. There wasn't really anything within walking distance but that was fine. Overall this was a perfect place for our family.”

“The owners were SUPER helpful and their communication was SUPERB!”

“Front desk was kind and helpful. Private parking and gate was a nice touch. Only 1 working elevator was unfortunate with the large group I was with. And halls were very humid but the rooms were nice. Comfy beds, clean stay! Shared balcony was fun to hangout at too.”

“It was a beautiful and cosy house and we enjoyed it every day and night. You feel the hard work and warmth of the hosts. We can recommend it and would stay again there.”

“Our family of 4 plus dog had a great stay. Easy drive into Chicago. The neighborhood is very quiet and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Interior of the house is nicely done with newer appliances and 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Would stay there again. The grill was missing a propane tank but that was minor and Host offered to bring one for us.”

“Listed as private home , once you get there and read the house rules it states shared refrigerator with owner. Owner comes in while you are gone and turns off all lights and the Ac, even goes into your locked room to turn off ac.”
