“Akra hotel was a great stay; spacious, clean, and with a dedicated staff. Communication may be a slight issue with some language barriers. This hotel is, however, not very close to many of the attractions or places to visit in Phuket, which is apparent if you look atthe location of the hotel on the map. It's made accessible via Grab. Approximately 45-60 minutes to either old town Phuket or Petang, and further from southern beaches. Some smaller cities are nearby with good beaches & good food.”

“This is a true gem perfect for those looking for tranquility and relaxation. The only downside was that they closed the gym already at six. “唔明點解會喺五星級酒店，清潔房間欠佳，已用所有用品沒有補給，要問為什麼不補給之後，，才每天補回，基本是沒有清潔的，地下有死嘅昆蟲每日都見到佢，早餐好一般，保存食物一般，鮮奶酸的，種類又不多，交通不方便，沒有接駁車，如果沒有自駕就超級不方便了，最近商場都要15至20分鐘車程，問題佢係收五星級價錢，不值，還是很多選擇，沒有下次了”
