“VERY NICE HOTEL, VERY GOOD SERVICE, BUT THE DECORATION IS A BIT OLD, BUT ALL THE STAFF WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY”

“Although the service was very good but the room and the overall hotel is kind of old. The bathroom has a lot of mold and stings. The air-condition has an old smell when every time to turn on. I don't think I can go back to this hotel. The rooms don't have sound prove and very noisy everywhere. Also has a lot of big group tour staying such as from China & S. Korea. ”

“Great stay in a villa set amongst the trees. The rooms are larger than average and each one has a small sitting area and a porch/balcony with chairs where you can have your morning coffee. The resort is well maintained and you get the feeling that you are staying in the jungle. I'll definitely stay here again.”

“五年之前和朋友在这里住了七八天，那个时候有免费的 下午茶和免费的市内交通，有半个小时免费按摩，这次再来，人员都已经换了，所有的免费基本都没有了，可能只有这个平台有半个小时的免费按摩，不过不管住几天只有一次！ 这次住的和之前不同，这次也是房间很大，但是空调安装的位置有问题，直接吹到头部，我一个晚上都没有睡好，希望可以重新安装一个合适的位置，我都想退掉后面的两晚！可惜不能退！ 现在去市区往返4美金，已经快失去了和市区旅馆的竞争优势！因为每晚150元人民币的市区旅馆，我第一个晚上住的那家也不差，而且免费凌晨去大巴车站接我们，而这里要多付一百人民币，两家差距很小，希望以后可以有特别的优势！”

“有機場接送服務，酒店員工非常友善，地理位置距離市區不遠，坐tak tak5分鐘到達。有機會可以試一試酒店我按摩，雖然有點貴，但是質素是ok的。”

“優點: 房間非常舒適，是讓人很放鬆酒店。早餐好吃，特別是麵包。缺點: 沖涼房隔水不好，很容易滲一灘水在門口。 其實酒店員工都非常nice，服務也很周到，但仍然有一些讓我很不解的地方，希望供大家參考。 1. 本人習慣每次訂酒店，都會告知酒店航班資料跟大概到達時間。這家酒店非常好，竟然有派車去機場接我們，問題是起碼回覆一下我的郵件，讓我們知道就不會讓司機白跑一趟了，所以是我們自己上了的士去到酒店，才知道已有人在機場等…很無奈，也對司機感到很不好意思。 2. 打算租車一天遊吳哥小圈及吳哥寺看日出，雖然酒店的報價比正規的士報價要高一點，但也覺得反正住那麼多天，給多一點酒店員工賺也好。結果看日出的那天早上四點多等我們居然是一台duk duk車，明明訂的是私家車，mark的價錢也是私家車，所以真的很無奈，幸好duk……

“Great for the price. Only one block from an emergency room, which hopefully you’ll never need. One block to the main thoroughfare with banks, shopping, etc. The restaurant tends to cook their steaks a little rare so order accordingly. But at a price less than airport McDonald’s, eat steak every day. (I did.)”

“我們入住8天，酒店距離機場約10min車程，距離Pub street約10min車程，有接機服務，接機哥哥送上冰水，很貼心，常帶笑容。 到達洒店，送上濕毛巾，Wellcome drink,大堂員工Sharon,親切，友善，熱情款待，謝謝她。 房間整潔，舒適。大陪份的房間都係對住泳池。泳池好漂亮。 餐廳早餐好食，多選擇。可能我哋入住較多天，職員Panat特別為我們送上餐牌，可order其他食品，不過我哋都唔需要啦，謝謝熱情的款待 Sakmut Boutqiue Hotel是一間小型的酒店，性價比高，我喜歡他的寧靜,外牆種滿值物，較為陰涼，全體人員都很有禮貌，我會推薦給我的朋友。 ”

“The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps……
