“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“All the staff was fabulous, attentive, helpful and kind. the hotel is clean, modern, has a great breakfast buffet, the area is busy, but you cannot hear a sound from the room. It's conveniently located a block away a supermarket and pharmacy and walkable distance of the historic part of Reggio Emilia and the Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi. The train stations are 7 minutes away by car or taxi. .”

“Rätt så trevligt hotell mycket nära stationen och med gångavstånd till centrum, till bra pris. Bra ljuddämpning - kunde sova ostört. Rummet var av förväntad standard. Personalen i receptionen var opersonlig och personalen vid frukosten samt städpersonalen pratade enbart italienska (de var dock mycket mer tillmötesgående och trevliga). Frukosten var av sådär standard vilket var det största minuset. Trivdes ändå bra.”
