“We stayed in the condo from Thursday to Monday the last weekend in October. We came into town for the Taylor Swift concert in New Orleans but wanted to stay near the beach. This resort was perfect! It was an hour and 15 minute drive to the Superdome which was very easy. We loved enjoying our coffee on the balcony each morning and walking with our coffee on the beach. This property is literally beachfront so you take the elevator down two flights walk past the pool and you were at the beach. We……

“This was a weekend trip for my daughter and I to connect and heal after losing my husband, her father two months ago. This was our first Easter without him and we didn’t want to wake up in our home alone and sad. This was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet, beach was walking distance away and nearly private this time of year. We were able to have a heart to heart conversation while being soothed by the waves.We plan to book again and bond more! The condo was clean, and stocked with everything……

“We were very excited to stay at this beautiful home. The location was perfect! Unfortunately we discovered ants and termites all over the kitchen when we arrived. The host said she would send an exterminator but ended up only dropping off a can of bug spray the next day. There was no hair dryer as listed and only one hand towel for my family of 6. When I contacted the host, she originally advised us to use the provided paper towels during our stay, but later dropped of a hair dryer and two……

“Communications with Heirloom were with a very nice, professional.It took a few email and text messages to get the complete instructions to enter the unit. Stair count communicated was low (15 vs 21). The recently installed floor had raised ends that could have presented tripping problems. A window was not completely closed during the coldest days of the year. The clothes washer was not ready for occupation and resulted in un-needed communications resulting in a refund of 25% when we agreed……
