“This hotel is located in a peaceful, beautiful setting. Our room was very clean and our meals there were very good. The service was friendly, helpful and caring. ”

“風呂付きの部屋を予約しましたが、風呂場は立派なのに湯どころか水も出ませんでした。到着が20時近くとても寒かったので結果的に風呂はいらなかったですが、掲載している限りはやはり使える風呂であってほしいです。でも翌朝、浮島の生活を見ると設備に期待してはいけないとわかりました。私たちはプーノ駅に18時過ぎに到着し、翌日の昼にはフリアカ空港出発というプランで時間は少なかったですが、送迎や短時間での近隣の観光のアレンジについては抜群でした。ワッツアップの返信も速いし、ご主人の英語や客の需要を理解する力もすばらしかったです。”

“Es un alojamiento distinto pero vale la pena. La limpieza no era muy buena se puede mejorar. Los dueños son serviciales y hacen todo por complacerte. Pero si podrían mejorar el servicio.”

“Staying on this island was amazing. The view was incredible and plenty of blankets to keep you warm. They even gave us warm water bottles to put in the bed at night to keep us warm. ”

“Nice place, quiet, great views. There were some communication issues in the beginning and issues getting there. Once that was clear, it was cool. Also, there were some additional charges that were not clearly explained out in the original reservation but it was a nice place and good host. 4/5”

“Staff were very helpful when tour operator issues occurred. At the end of the day they went above and beyond to help us receive an evening meal due to late return I the hotel after the restaurant had closed.”
