“It was a nice clean place and cozy. But we didn't know that there were 5 units in the building. Didn't know which unit was ours until the property manager helped us. So, maybe communicate better with your guests prior to arrival as to which unit is the one that is theirs. Also, could use more hooks in the bathroom to hang things and a blackout panel would've been nice on the entry door. Too much light from the street light. ”

I would say, it would be helpful to have a picture of what the outside of the stay looks like or have more specific directions for check in. We weren't completely sure where the actual stay was when we arrived and didn't have service to ask. ”
