“B.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l.We came from Grand Rapids, MI, Orlando, FL and Minneapolis, MN for a girls trip. If you're flying into CIU this is a great place to stay. 1 hour from most of what we wanted to do, but only 20/30 minutes from the Sault and the airport.It was fantastic to be right on the lake. Spacious sectional couch, WAY more room than we needed (but if you're snowmobiling, you'd appreciate the mud room.)We did a lot of travel, but found the accomodations incredibly comfortable.Full size……

“The listing doesn't even do the cabin justice; beautifully decorated, very large, private back yard, and lots of activities (fooseball, cornhole, fire pit, kayaks). Also, very close to downtown St. Ignace where there are some excellent restaurants.”

“Wonderful stay with gracious hosts who were excellent with communication. The house was clean and perfect for our toddler. Not only were there toys for him to play with, but the added bonus of cups, plates, and silverware for him and his cousin made the trip that much easier for family dinners. There were plenty of chairs inside and out for campfires and family dinners and it made it a great gathering spot for other family members who stayed in St. Ignace to come and enjoy an evening. Perfect……

“A lovely base camp for our eastern / central UP adventures. The smoke from Canada made for some lovely sunsets. We saw crows, hawks, and eagle, and watched a family of otters swim by. We used the back deck to watch the freighters. Easy access to Brimley state park and Iroquois lighthouse for swimming. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for meals and family time. We arrived during a heat wave and used the portable AC very effectively but the latter half of the week, it was open……
