“In many respects this should get a 5***** review, as the attention to detail and all the little extras are just superb. But it was all a little too much for me. And please, the gravel drive doesn’t work with heavy wheeled suitcases.”

“Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. In addition, two supermarkets are not far away. I will choose this hotel again if I come back especially the room rate is reasonable.

“This is an amazing location with wonderful views - unfortunately the weather was overcast and cool for summer so no stars at night. The rooms are good and maximise the views. Ok its not really five star but good given the location. I do have to comment on the food. A few tweaks could have made a big difference. The beef was beautiful produce but sadly overcooked. and I would not call a bowl of cold brocollini and sum raw baby spinach with a simple dressing a course. its an accompaniment. ……
