“This place truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Nestled in a vibrant location, it offered an abundance of activities and attractions just a stone's throw away. One of the standout features was the excellent on-site restaurant, the Water Dog. The ambiance was inviting, and the menu featured many dishes. It was the perfect spot to unwind. My stay was enjoyable and memorable, thanks to the fantastic surroundings and great place.”

A little busy outside the sliding glass doors since we were on the ground floor, but curtains worked fine. Parking was a block and a half away and was up a steep hill. “Apartment was amazing and really liked the location. Downtown Lynchburg did not disappoint. Came for weekend visit to Liberty University and apartment only 10 minutes away. “The apartment offered a quiet spot for our extended stay. It has all the necessary components one needs, including a washer and dryer. *The musical creek was the surprise to enjoy day and night. The owner was helpful and quickly responsive to our needs during the winter and into spring. He was friendly but allowed us our privacy. We regularly took pleasure in long walks paralleling a beautiful, wide creek at a nearby farm park. We feel grateful to have found the property near enough to attend to……

All areas were spotless including a shed and an outdoor barn space shockingly clean, all lawn was recently cut so we could make use of all the spaces in so many ways.
