“Crate Escape is a wonderful stay if you want clean, modern aesthetics without the cabin feel. The hills and foliage offer peace and quiet, wrapping you in a cocoon of relaxation. We loved sitting on the deck listening to the babble of a small creek’s waterfall. The kitchen has everything you need, nice bathrooms and smart TVs. If you are sensitive to scents bring your own shower supplies. Look for wildlife just off the deck; we saw deer. The sauna was not available but we didn’t miss it. The……

“Every need was met before we even arrived at this home. It is great for 2 couples as there is 2 beds and a bath upstairs and 1 bed and bath downstairs. Beautifully decorated and everything we could have needed was supplied. Communication was great as well. The location is great for everything South Dakota has to offer. If Vrbo offered the option for a 10, I would definitely rate them a 10. ”

“This property was amazing! Quiet, but close to all of the sites in the area. The home was excellent with plenty of room to talk, play games, or whatever you want to do. Multiple decks are available for outside fun and eating. Kitchen was well stocked. This was the perfect place for a multi family gathering and exploring the Black Hills or Badlands areas.”

“The house was clean when we arrived. Cooking utensils and plates were available to use making it easy for us to make our own supper. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, even during the sturgis ralley. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hot tub on the back deck was a wonderful addition to our stay! We would definitely stay here again when in the area!”
