“Sotavento is a lovely facility in a breathtaking setting. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I *loved* the jacuzzi! However, the facility was understaffed. It seemed there was only one staff member on duty, and s/he was multitasking with cooking, waiting tables, and managing the front desk (and more I'm sure).
