“Marcus was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early so we could make our Thanksgiving meal. “Thankfully.” We were able to check out the beach before the 3-1/2 feet of snow fell in 24 hours… certainly the beach would be lovely when better weather conditions prevail. Our dogs enjoyed the large lot as well as the beach. “Perfect little house setup just to lay your head at night. Allowed us to venture out for the wedding we were in, travel to NY, and Ohio to see what is around within 3 hours. “This property was a great stay! Our group planned a 3 day get away to winerys in the Geneva area, and this property was in the perfect area for us. It seemed like which ever direction we went it was only a short drive. Geneva was right down the road and Geneva on the Lake was only a 13 minute drive. “We (14 girls) stayed for two nights while visiting Geneva-on-the-Lake and had an amazing time! John made the check-in policy so easy and provided great recommendations. The house was right on the lake with amazing views. The basement was a great space to hangout and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need. The neighborhood was quiet, but not near the strip or wineries -- so a driver or ride is required. The ride is short though - so not a big deal! Would definitely recommend……

“A new property right on the river in the historic area of Ashtabula which gives the hotel a really cool retro/modern vibe. A number of restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance and the Sky Bar & Cafe on the top floor look over the river and historic bridge.
