“I travel for work and the quality of the bed is a huge component along with the customer service aspect. Check in was lovely. Great front desk service. The room was lovely with two queen size beds. However, in one of the Queen beds, there were food particles. Depending on how management addresses this concern brought to their attention just before I was about to retire will determine my future patronage to this facility. ”

“While the accommodations were excellent, the EXTREMELY loud outdoor, possibly air conditioning unit would kick in every 20 minutes either waking us up or not allowing us to get to sleep. Very poor nights sleep. ”

“Craguns has been around for a long time. The buildings are outdated but clean and well maintained. All staff, both front desk and in the restaurants were great. Very friendly and helpful.”
