“The cabin was comfortable and for the most part quite - which was an essential need. Did, however, notice that some cleaning concerns were not addressed. It was a huge benefit to allow the family pet (i.e., kitten), but we did find out a number of areas were not clean or at least maintained by cleaning staff. For example, under the beds there were significant amounts of dust (the kitten looked like s dust ball after climbing under the beds - we cleaned the area) and also behind the……

“The place was perfect for our needs. The younger girls absolutely loved the game room and theater room. The beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The location was close to the conference center. The only complaint I would have is the hand towel ring in the master bathroom comes off easily and we couldn't find a dishwasher tab for the dishwasher. We did wash them up before putting them in the dishwasher. Other than those two minor things it was perfect. I would definitely stay there……

“It's a great location right off of Wears Valley Road near the main parkway. The home was clean and had all amenities needed. We loved the pool table, arcade game, and hot tub. The host is friendly and quick to respond. Great place to stay. ”

“Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Nice view of the river when we were there (early spring so maybe less leaves on the trees. It was big enough for our family's need (4 adults and two kids). There's a couple of minor things they could do to make it feel slightly more welcoming, but overall we liked it. The only issue we really had was that some of the games in the game room were in need of repair. The putput course is pretty useless too and slightly dangerou. Had our kids been older it may have……
