“The check in was smooth. The property is aged but very beautiful. This is my 2nd stay and each time I love the property even more. It is quiet and allows you to relax and feel at ease. The property owner was nice and is always around but not to the point you feel spied on or watched. I will always stay here.”

From the moment we stepped off the plane and met Lenny - until the very end when he dropped us at the airport - we were well taken care of. Christy, Kershell and Lenny absolutely made our trip. “Take all your dreams about a house in paradise and double them! House is beautiful with lovely wooden doors, a wooden pool deck, great walk-in showers, well equipped kitchens, gorgeous balconies with amazing views of Marigot harbor! We occupied the whole complex with our 16 member family and never felt crowded! Pool is large and beautiful. There is a property manager (Anthea) there daily to arrange anything you need or want! She is wonderful and very knowledgeable and efficient! Gardeners……

“The building, facility and our penthouse villa was absolutely breathtaking and perfect! The pictures depict this luxury villa very accurately! Wonderful unit, exceptionally clean, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds and sofa, amazing balconies with glass railings overlooking a dreamy view of the ocean! Perfect pool and court yard. Alex even cooked us an amazing fish BBQ to die for! Alex is well connected and arranged dinners at the Coal Pot, Big Chef, and even helped……
