“This was a very much needed time away. It was so beautiful and quiet yet still close enough to town. The house was clean and the beds were very cozy and comfortable. You know it was a great trip when the 4 year old cries that she doesn't want to go home! The property and house had all the basics to make the stay perfect even for our little Boston terrier we brought along with us. ”

“Check in was very easy. Very detailed but simple instructions from the the property owner. Kitchen is more of a Kitchenette, but there is a good cook top, small fridge, microwave and everything you need to do some basic cooking or reheating of food. Very functional and perfect for the space.”

“This is a fun and eclectic place to stay. It was super clean, convenient to most places around town, has a nice view of Taos Mountain, and was the most well-stocked place we’ve ever stayed in with everything from A-to-Z, including fresh fruit, bandaids, and extra toothbrushes, if you forgot yours! Yuanyuan is a super host, but we didn’t need to ask for anything because she thought of everything in advance!”

“This was a perfect home base for Taos desert and mountain adventures. It is very remote and beautiful, with hiking right out the door. Indoor stargazing with the Milky Way right out my bedroom window. It is a unique building with a really cool history. Our host Brenda was right on site with a wealth of knowledge about the area. I hope we get to come back soon. ”
