“Nicolas was the true hero of this stay. Fork the expertly cooked breakfast to his welcoming manner and recommendations, I could not speak more highly of him and the Palacio. “The room was very clean and ready for me when I arrived around 5p. I had a choice of two rooms, both over the lobby. If you are sensitive to noise, these are not great rooms; you hear everything that is going on in the lobby. Even the kitchen staff getting breakfast ready in the morning. “The room was super cute - in fact the entire property was super cute. Everything was meticulously picked out and really esthetically pleasing. It was a super quiet hotel- so quiet I felt like we were too loud just existing at times. There are essentially no amenities either. Drip coffee and a water cooler in the lobby are about it. But- ultimately it was a really nice experience. I would rent a room there again. ”
