“Great hotel and great location. My kids loved the pool and the surrounding area was great to walk to eat or shop. Our only issue was the AC in our room. It would stop working periodically. Fortunately, we had a window in our room so we just opened it up and it helped, but still, not something we wanted to do as the window led out to a hallway/staircase. ”

“Very clean, comfortable, convenient for us as our son was at a football camp at the high school right behind the hotel. A lot of construction workers staying at the hotel but they were very quiet. The Espresso Bar restaurant serves Peet’s coffee and breakfast. It was welcoming and the staff was very professional and kind. ”

“Nicolas was the true hero of this stay. Fork the expertly cooked breakfast to his welcoming manner and recommendations, I could not speak more highly of him and the Palacio. “Overall the place was amazing. We were at max capacity with 8 people and there was still plenty of room. We never felt cramped at all. The kitchen was fully stocked, and patio had a bbq grill that worked very well. The place was clean, the linens smelled fresh, washer and dryer, and even a steam room. The two main rooms had window AC units that helped a lot as we were staying in the middle of summer. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Stayed here over Labor Day weekend and it was great. The host was quick to communicate and make himself available if we needed anything. Even had fresh ground coffee ready for us! While not in Taos, we were close to so many things, so the location turned out to be perfect, esp. for hiking and paddle boarding. Loved the hot tubs and sitting out there to watch the sun go down and the amazing sunsets! We are already talking about when we will go back!”

“Vernon is amazing! In a world where customer service isn't valued anymore, this place is a gem! I don't think the photos really do justice - the place was a lot bigger than I expected and they have EVERYTHING - coffee, cups, plates, microwave, soap. It was a wonderful stay. Definitely coming back. I don't remember telling them that it was my sons birthday, but sure enough a "Happy Birthday Cameron" cake was waiting and a bottle of wine on ice for me!! Made my day!!”
