“Nice property just just minutes up the hill from Uvita. We had rented a Rave 4 and spent a few days in Santa Teresa and Arenal before going to Uvita. Got a message from Andrea saying to make sure our vehicle had a 4 wheel drive button or it wouldn't make it up the hill. Decided to change vehicles to a Toyata Land Cruiser Prado. Good thing we did. “We stayed here after a week of events for our wedding with a few friends and it was EXACTLY what we needed to de-stress! The house is amazing! I’ve never felt so relaxed! The house is beautifully nestled on a mountain in the rainforest overlooking the ocean. Monkeys visited us every morning, as well as other local wildlife.Licho was the perfect host and was available if we needed anything. Will definitely be returning very soon!”

“This property is as advertised. The location is perfect for a family…enough room for everyone and the sliding glass walls make a perfect indoor/outdoor living space. Our favourite morning ritual was sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee, looking for wildlife. We saw scarlet macaws, green parakeets, toucans, white-faced capuchins and more. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-equipped. We’ll definitely be back”
