“Everything was perfect, except the check in time for international travelers, i would suggest having room ready for people that travel 20+ hours ,so they don't have to wait hours to check in... your staff is the best i ever encountered...i give all the staff a10 for for there professionalism with everything from a to z...... how ever i was disappointed that a tip i was offering was refused. ..i will stay at this hotel again, but only if i am able to tip the staff. ...the staff made my trip to……
