“Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. “We really loved the chalet during our stay. It was spacious and well equipped. We also had a great view of the town and surrounding area from our balcony. Although it did appear not all properties on the resort had the same great view.
The staff at reception spoke excellent English and were always friendly & helpful.
A few things to note about the resort and area:
- The motorway flyover next to resort was not a problem as we initially feared. We could barely hear the traffic.

Shower towels are too small. Pillows are way too soft and offer zero support, No USB points anywhere.

“Ich war noch nie in einer Unterkunft, die so stilvoll eingerichtet wie diese. Beim einrichten hat man hier höchste Qualität gesetzt. Insgesamt einfach Wow!
Angereist sind wir mit zwei Kindern… die Kommunikation und Check-In Infos liefen reibungslos. Fragen wurden unmittelbar beantwortet.
Geparkt wurde in einer Tiefgarage, 2,15m Einfahrtshöhe, perfekt für unseren Bus.
Dann geht es per Aufzug zur Wohnung. Die Flure sind recht eng und man muss recht viele Türen passieren. Man sollte also nicht……

“Wir haben mit 6 Personen und drei Kindern (2,4,5 Jahre alt) in dem Haus gelebt. Für uns war das Haus von der Größe und der Ausstattung perfekt. Vorallem der Wohnraum und die Küche waren mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Für uns als Familie war es von der Lage und der Zimmeraufteilung perfekt. Man hätte direkt vom Haus Wanderungen starten können, ich denke vor allem in der Wintersaison ist die Lage perfekt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ”

"We stayed at hotel weisses kreus for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience. In addition to the rich breakfast, the owner was friendly and the staff was great. Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice."
