“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting……

“It was beautiful, clean and very conveniently located near to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Had trouble with front door lock; followed online instructions and it did not work. Luckily the keypad at very top of door worked to get in and out. How it actually worked and instructions did not match. Refrigerator beeped for approximately 10 minutes when opening right door of it.”

“George and Michelle’s condo was a great place to stay for our mid-week trip to Lewes. The first floor condo was perfect for my mom (no stairs) and the 2 bedrooms, 2 baths provided comfortable space for myself, mom, and 2 sisters. Overall, the condo was in great shape with clean, comfortable furnishings! Located between Lewes and Rehobeth, we had easy access to the outlets, grocery store and restaurants, as well as quick access to the trails of Cape Henlopen. ”

“Overall we really liked this property. The location was excellent - it was close to the beach and to other cute local places like Amato’s pizza. Kitchen and living room were very spacious and well furnished. The little back porch was also nice! Check in and out process were also super easy. There were two things that we had an issue with but they didn’t necessarily ruin our experience here. The first was the fact that this company wouldn’t allow us a refund once we booked the trip which always……

“I had a wonderful stay here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The unit was well appointed and clean. The amenities at the residences were also great! We left the kids at home this time but next time I will definitely bring the kids. They’d love the pool area and fire pits!”

“Clean property updated and close drive to beach. Local dining was great. Property manager communicated and answered any message promptly. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend if you are looking in this area for a condo. ”
