“Our family has been coming to Delaware for the past four years now. Our stay in Frankford at Millville By The Sea was just perfect. Such a quaint and comfortable home with quite a number of amenities: 2 pools, pickleball court, workout room at the clubhouse. Thank you for such a great time! We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to any family…those with either younger or older children. Thank you once again for another great year vacationing in Delaware. ”

“Overall we enjoyed the property. However there were a few things that could be addressed. The ice maker didn’t work. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries and others were corroded. There were 4 remotes for the TV but no instructions on which one did what. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap left in the master bath and the one in the secondary bath only had water in it. The shower door for the master bath doesn’t close and therefore gets the floor wet and slippery which caused me to fall.”

“The home was spacious, well maintained and had everything from utensils and pots & pans to bed and bath linens and beach towels. The housing development is beautiful and offered lots of amenities. We really only left the area when we wanted to be at the beach... which there's a shuttle that will take you and all of your beach stuff to the beach!”

“Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation”

“This is our 3rd stay in Coastal Club, though our 1st stay at this property. We were very happy with the accommodations. The house was clean and well appointed. It was very comfortable for our family. We choose this location to take advantage of the pool. Everyone at the clubhouse and pool was very polite and friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely consider staying in this rental again.”

“Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay.”

“The condo had everything I needed and sitting in the porch was delightful. Easy to walk to just about everything. Shower was amazing. While being on the busy street I never felt the traffic was distracting. The furnishings and extra amenities were top of the line. Only one thing, the Apple TV. If you’re not familiar with it it is a challenge. But who needs TV when you have the ocean right outside!”
