“Came with one of my sons for his Spring Break for some one on one time. Nice and spacious. Clean and had all the cooking amenities needed to prepare meals in. We love staying at Bear Traps but we usually bring our dogs and have the rest of our family so we stay in a detached house. Great location at the end of October Glory - no one traffic coot those staying back there. Loved the porch looking over the water. ”

“This townhouse was a perfect hub for our family enjoying the beach, the pool, outlets, etc. It had everything we needed - in fact, found the kitchen more well stocked than other rentals we've stayed in. It's beautifully decorated and homey. Would absolutely stay again.”

“The house is beautiful and in a great location! We stayed during off season and it was perfect. Only 10 minutes from Bethany Beach and about 25 minutes from Rehoboth Beach. My husband and I have already discussed staying here again in the future!”

“Great house for a family getaway ! Lots of room for everyone. The garage is filled with fun, bikes, tubes, kayaks, ect. While you dont have the bigger waves in the water as you do on the ocean side, you can kayak or float around in the water for hours if you want to. It worked very well for the younger children with us.”

“Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay.”

“Just what we needed to accommodate a 2 nite family stay. Beds comfortable, property clean, near enough to beach and wedding venue without paying on the beach prices. Did not cook on site but kitchen seemed adequately equipped. Neighborhood had a vacation home vibe, not many other people around after season. ”

“Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation”
