“A truly hospitable property. I wish hotels were like this. Everything you could possibly need was available to you including hair straighteners and charging cables. Breakfast was self serve which means you make your own toast and eggs is you like and was perfect. While i don't think this style is for everyone, i absolutely loved it. “早上九點正在吃早餐的時候，清潔人員竟然就在這時候跑進房間裡面來打掃，後來詢問櫃檯人員，她說是清潔人員搞錯房間了，本來是隔壁房間要打掃，誤認為是要清掃我的房間。問題是等我吃完早餐，收拾好行李就要退房了，但是我的行李東西都還在房間內，結果還會搞錯房間，清潔人員也沒有再確認過，擺明就是隨便編造一個謊言來敷衍，雖然東西沒有遺失，但這離譜的事情簡直是讓人不可思議！”

“호텔위치가 아주 좋았고, 통영 구시가지가 아니라 새롭게 조성된 뉴타운이라서 구시가지보다 훨씬 편안하고 정비가 잘되어있었습니다. 주변에 식당 카페 베이커리 등이 잘 갖추어져있고 죽림해안도로 산책길도 비록 길이 좁은거 빼곤 좋았습니다. 호텔방이 넓어서 편안했고, 반려견 데리고 있기 때문에 공간적으로 넓어서 편리했습니다. 직원들도 너무 친절했어요. 다음에 다시 통영게 여행가면 반려견들과 함께 또 가겠습니다. ”
