“My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. “What a beautiful space. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there but we were so lucky to have everything we needed. We even got to enjoy the hot tub during the rain because it is protected by an overhand. Bill was so kind and responsive. I loved the different coffee and tea options!”

“Had an issue with the Internet when we arrived. The maintenance people cut the cable coming into the house when they were cutting the grass. It was hard to work while I was there as I expected to have Internet access. Eventually it was fixed but it took a few days. Aside from this the house was pleasant and the kids loved the pool and basketball court. ”

“We had a lovely relaxing stay at Don and Tammy's home. It was spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped, and a short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a bit of kayaking, grilling and even sat in the pretty lighted gazebo enjoying the night sky. The hosts were very communicative and took great care of our needs. Great place to spend quality time with family and friends! ”

“The overall stay was very pleasant. The property was easy to find and the check process went smoothly. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and everything was as the host described it. “Quaint off the main road staycation location that is just the right distance from most major areas. Owner was very timely in getting back to us about any questions we had with the house. People have mentioned the multiple extension cords and connecting wires and older setup; consider the location like a Catskill cabin but closer down the Hudson Valley with some modernized upgrades to fit the house size particularly in the kitchen. All necessary amenities were included: cooking supplies, basic……

“The house was very clean and a perfect layout for families with young children. The basement even came equipped with some toys. Outside is a large backyard with a trail to a river for the kids to throw sticks/ rocks into. Kelder’s farm is about 30 minutes away and a must stop for those with kids. ”

“We had a wonderful stay during our time at this property for our state competition week. The home is beautiful, easy to find, and very comfortable, perfect for a group. We had a few mishaps, including accidentally locking ourselves out late at night, and the host was incredibly kind and flexible, assisting us promptly each time. When we realized a toiletry bag had been left behind, the host graciously mailed it back to us at no charge, which we greatly appreciated.The home comfortably……
