“This property is well suited and in a nice location, Easy access and lockbox access at street level. ”

“The space was very quiet and nicely decorated. The outdoor area was enclosed which was nice because our dog could hang out with us by the pool. Very close and walkable to downtown. Jeffery was great, and very accommodating. Highly recommend. ”

“Very unique. Spacious and clean. Remarkably a lot in the home was vintage and equally remarkable was the artwork - presumably some of it by local artists. Unique by the architecture and the fact that the space was private while also having access to the pool / hot tub, washer / dryer and game room / library. I suppose the common area during busy season could carry some noise into the private patios - but everyone was respectful while we were there. Bonus was being close to the tram that took us……

“The bed was comfortable. The hot water fauset in the shower needs adjusting - a little trouble turning on and off. I don't smoke so I didn't have matches to light the stove - so I just used the microwave. ”

“The highlights we experienced tell it all. The apartment is in the middle of a lovely area -the historic tennis district of Palm Springs. the bedroom is spacious, and you are within easy walking distance to excellent stores and restaurants. The bathroom is a bit small but with plenty of drawer space. It is clean with an ample supply of nice bath and hand towels plus wash cloths. The bed is comfortable with good quality linen and blankets. We greatly enjoyed having lunch wine/coffee by the pool……

“Great location, well maintained and quiet”

“Ground floor unit with large patio. Smaller patio with mountain views. Well appointed, quiet, and comfortable.”

“The unit was very cozy, clean and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. The only negative for the unit was the patio - the security cage made it feel like a prison and we did not make use of the patio as a result. Luckily the pool area was very nice and we were able to spend out outdoor time there. The check-in process was overly complicated - contradicting information was provided regarding in-person vs virtual check-in and once we finally got the very long code for the……

“The Oasis Resort is very nice and has plenty of tennis courts and pickleball courts. It is quiet and has lovely views of the mountains. Our condo had a nice patio with lots of light. However a resident that lived across from us was very rude and it spoiled all visit. The condo itself appears darker in reality to the pictures online. The carpets and the condo all need to be removed and cleaned or replaced. The gray couch is done and should be thrown away it's really bad. The cushions were old and……

“Condo is located in gated community and in close proximity to resort pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed being on ground level, close parking was always available. The sliding door issue mentioned by other reviews, now slides very easily, however the sliders are still secured by wood lengths in the runner, no other lock is present on glass or screen sliding doors. We met several other condo owners while at the pool that explained the unfortunate situation regarding the golf course their resort……
